1. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller for ORBITAX is the developer/publisher identified in the current ORBITAX Google Play listing (“ORBITAX”, “we”, “us”). Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to support@orbitax.app.
2. Categories of data processed
Account and authentication data
When you sign in, ORBITAX may process identifiers and profile information made available through the supported Google authentication flow, such as your Google account identifier, name and email address, together with ORBITAX account identifiers.
Work and financial tracking data
ORBITAX processes information you enter or generate while using the product, including shifts, ride amounts, tips, payment method information, expenses, adjustments, goals, settings, work profiles and derived statistics. ORBITAX does not need your full payment card number to calculate these records.
Clients and scheduled rides
If you use the Clients feature, ORBITAX may process information you enter about your own clients, including names, phone numbers, addresses, destinations, notes, planned ride times, reminder times, prices and priority markers.
Device, session, synchronization and security data
The service processes device/session identifiers, authentication session information, synchronization state and technical metadata necessary to operate account access, cloud synchronization, reliability, fraud prevention and security controls.
Purchase and entitlement data
When you purchase access through Google Play, ORBITAX receives and processes purchase/entitlement information needed to verify access. Google processes the underlying payment transaction under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. Why we process data
- to create and authenticate your ORBITAX account;
- to provide shifts, history, goals, clients, statistics and other app functions;
- to synchronize supported data and recover account state;
- to verify trial and paid access;
- to maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose service failures;
- to respond to support, privacy and account deletion requests;
- to comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the processing and the law that applies, ORBITAX relies on performance of the service contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is specifically required. Mandatory local law can provide additional or different bases and rights.
5. Services and recipients
ORBITAX uses third-party infrastructure and platform services where necessary to provide the product. This includes Google services for authentication and Google Play billing, and hosting/infrastructure providers used to operate ORBITAX servers. Data is disclosed only to the extent needed for those services, legal compliance, security or support.
Google’s own processing is governed by Google’s terms and privacy documentation.
6. Information about your clients and other third parties
Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information. Keep notes limited to information genuinely needed to manage the professional relationship or scheduled ride.
7. Retention and deletion
ORBITAX retains data for as long as necessary to provide the account and service, maintain security and synchronization integrity, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and maintain legitimate purchase/security records. Different categories can have different retention periods.
When you request account deletion, ORBITAX revokes account access and processes associated data according to the deletion workflow. Some records may be retained where required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, purchase history, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Retained information is no longer made available as an active user account except where needed for an approved recovery or legal process.
Deleting an ORBITAX account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play.
8. Security
ORBITAX uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect accounts and service data, including authenticated access, session/device controls and server-side access restrictions. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your Google account and device secure and contact us if you believe your ORBITAX account has been compromised.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, receive a copy of certain data, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have a right to complain to a competent data protection authority.
To exercise a right, contact support@orbitax.app. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account before acting on it.
10. Children
ORBITAX is a professional driver work tool and is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are not legally permitted to enter the required service agreement in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ORBITAX changes or legal requirements evolve. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of the page. Where required, the app may ask you to accept or acknowledge an updated legal version.
