Getting started
What are the main areas of ORBITAX?
The current app has seven main tabs: Shift, History, Adjustments, Goals, Clients, Statistics and Settings. Authentication, legal consent and Premium are separate full-screen states when required.
Do I need an account?
ORBITAX uses an authenticated account for its cloud workspace. Sign-in is also where required Terms and Privacy consent is collected.
What should I configure before the first shift?
Open Settings and review your currency, work profile, vehicle/employment model, enabled ride sources, commissions, fixed costs, goals and other calculation-related options that apply to your work.
Shifts & rides
How does a shift work?
The Shift screen supports idle, active and paused states. You can start a shift, pause/resume it and finish it. The screen tracks total, active and pause time together with the shift result.
How do I add a ride?
During an active shift, use + Order on the Shift screen. A ride belongs to the current shift and contributes to the shift totals according to its amount, payment information, source and other entered values.
Can I add an expense during the shift?
Yes. Use + Expense on the Shift screen. Expenses are stored with the shift and are included in the relevant financial summaries.
Where do completed shifts go?
Finished shifts appear in History, where you can filter by period and open an individual shift for details.
Money, expenses & adjustments
What is the difference between income and net income?
Income is based on recorded rides. Net income is a derived ORBITAX result after the configured expenses and deductions that apply to the shift. Exact results depend on your settings and work profile.
Does ORBITAX separate cash and card?
Yes. The current Shift and Statistics flows expose cash and card amounts separately.
What are adjustments?
Adjustments are a separate ORBITAX workflow for additional income or expense corrections. They can be one-time or follow the configured adjustment rules.
Is the tax value an official tax calculation?
No. Tax-related values in ORBITAX are informational and depend on the settings you enter. They are not a tax return, accounting service or professional tax advice.
Goals & statistics
How do weekly goals work?
Goals let you enable planned workdays and assign daily gross targets. ORBITAX then builds weekly progress from your recorded shifts and can keep weekly snapshots.
What can I see in Statistics?
The current Statistics screen supports day, week, month, year and all-time periods and includes revenue, expenses, net result, completed orders, average fare, hours, net per hour, margin and additional breakdowns.
Why can historical numbers change after I change settings?
Some ORBITAX calculations use shift snapshots while some aggregate views also depend on current settings. If you make major calculation-setting changes, review the affected historical summaries carefully.
Clients & scheduled rides
Can I save regular clients?
Yes. The Clients area supports a regular client list with contact details and notes.
Can I schedule a future ride?
Yes. Scheduled rides can include a client, pickup time, reminder time, pickup address, destination, price, priority and notes.
What should I consider when storing client information?
Only store client information you are allowed to use for your professional relationship. You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis for adding third-party names, phone numbers, addresses or notes to ORBITAX.
Account, devices & sync
Does ORBITAX work with cloud sync?
The signed-in application uses a cloud sync workflow for supported work data. The app also keeps local recovery and synchronization state to support offline and reconnect scenarios.
What happens when I use another device?
ORBITAX has device/session handling that may require a session takeover or handoff when another device becomes the active writer. Follow the prompts shown by the app.
What if I am temporarily offline?
The application includes a durable local outbox and recovery state for supported mutations. Some actions can still depend on account/access state and server reconciliation when the connection returns.
How do I delete my account?
Use the public account deletion page at orbitax.app/delete-account/. Account deletion and cancelling a Google Play subscription are separate actions.
